What is PortCity Bike Tours' cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel your tour, we offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event. Rescheduling is available for a $20 fee per rider, subject to availability. No cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings within 48 hours. Tours must be rescheduled by phone, not by text or email. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and can only be processed once. Arriving less than 30 minutes before your tour may result in losing your spot without a refund or credit. We offer trip bike tour protection for a small fee per guest, allowing you to cancel or reschedule your public bike tour for any reason up to 48 hours before departure.

Is this tour suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

This tour is suitable for children under 16 years of age. We have 20 and 24-inch bicycles, a child's seat and a tag-a-long that attaches to an adult large bicycle. Please call if you have any questions.
