This tour combines storytelling, sightseeing, and light exercise, making it a great experience for everyone. A great way to start your visit and get the lay of the land. Discover the pristine Piscataqua River and Atlantic Ocean. Pedal on Four Tree and Pierce Islands and New Castle Island. You will visit iconic landmarks, a lighthouse, and other points of interest. Tour includes a bike, helmet and covers 60% on side roads and 40% in parks and islands.
NATURE BIKE TOUR - NH GREENWAY
DURATION: 2-2.5 HR @10 AM & 2 PM
Experience the peacefulness of New Hampshire while riding through woodlands, breathtaking green landscapes, and open clearings on the Greenway! Feel the serenity as your guide leads you by vibrant bogs and a stunning tree-lined rail trail. The adventure unfolds at your group’s pace, where the tour can cover over 10+ miles. Breathe in the fresh air and quietness of the wooded outdoors. Your tour includes a bike, helmet, equipment, and covers 80% of the route on the trail and 20% on the road to get to and from the railhead.
Join us on an amazing adventure along the stunning New Hampshire 19+ mile coastline! Experience and pedal along the Atlantic Ocean and beaches as you explore the coastline with your enthusiastic guide. Stop at historic sites and landmarks in the charming ports of Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye, and North Hampton. Pedal through delightful villages at ease! We will stop for coffee and a snack. Tour includes guide, pedal assist ebike, helmet, bag and covers 60% in beautiful parks and 80% on coastal roads.

Things You Should Know About Our Bike Tours

We offer daily tours, but not every tour is offered every day. Check our calendar for availability. We follow rules of the road and bike safety protocols. Unsure about which tour is right for you? Check out our Cycling Levels page.

We now offer trip bike tour protection for a small fee to be purchased per guest. Purchasing trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your public bike tour at any time for any reason up to 48 hours prior to before trip departure. You will be reimbursed the full amount of each ticket, less the credit card fee and the cost of trip protection.

You only need to bring yourself, some comfortable clothing, and we do the rest, including photos! Our bicycles are sanitized before your tour.

Tours will go out rain or shine unless the weather is too dangerous for us to ride in. If that happens, we’ll call you with rescheduling options.

E-bike upgrades are available! You’ll have the option to upgrade during the booking process.
