Working to Keep Staff and Guests Safe and Healthy
As a tourism business, it is the mission is to provide safe and enjoyable experiences to our guests while maintaining healthy and positive relationships with our neighbors and the New Hampshire Seacoast. We recognize our responsibility to our customers, employees, and the surrounding community, and in light of the Covid-19 pandemic have adjusted our tours and rental operations to offer the safest procedures for everyone.
Cycling has been classified as a low-risk activity due to the fact that we are outside, distanced, and moving between our tour stops.
We are now asking all tour and rental participants to sign a waiver prior to arrival. If you have not completed the waiver prior to your tour or rental date, we will provide you with a code to scan on-site, so that you may sign and submit your waiver on your own device. This reduces any sharing of pens or devices at the time of check-in.
Our tours are typically 8 riders and we've reduced this to six. This will allow for appropriate social distancing amongst our guests while simultaneously reducing the number of tour customers facing the public while riding and at our tour stops. Exceptions are made only for private tours where all participants know one another and assume responsibility for their own safety.
How We Are Preparing For Your 2021 Bike Tour with Us
Preparing for a bike tour during the 2021 COVID-19 crisis is very different from the way we have conducted business in the past. Please review the changes we have made to our protocol so you can determine if a bike tour is right for you and your family.
Guests may also bring their own bike if they want.
Helmets are disinfected before uand after gest use. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own.
Recommended social distancing will be maintained between your group and our guides.
At this time, guides and guests will be required to wear a mask during the tour when we prepare for the tour or stop along the route. Masks will be provided to any guest who does not have one.
Bottled water is available to guests. However, we encourage guests to bring their own water bottles in an effort to minimize the spread of germs. Loose items can be carried in the guide’s bike bag.
Guests should bring disinfectant wipes. We are unable to guarantee that additional wipes will be available for customer use and they will be useful during your restroom break.
We've added hand sanitizer for your personal use.
Our tour cannot completely avoid areas where the public may gather, but we have altered the route and normal stops to avoid areas of any congestion.
Sanitization of Equipment:
