Working to Keep Staff and Guests Safe and Healthy
As a tourism business, our mission is to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience while maintaining a healthy environment. We recognize our responsibility to our guests, guides, mechanics, and our community. We continue to set up our tours and equipment outside. We continue wiping and sanitizing all our equipment before and after use.
We are asking all tour and rental participants to sign online bike tour waivers before arrival. If you have not completed the waiver before your tour or rental date, we will provide you with a code to scan on-site, so you may sign and submit your waiver on your own device. This reduces any sharing of pens or devices at the time of check-in.
Sanitization of Equipment:
All equipment, including bicycles and helmets, is sanitized before and after our tours by our team using disinfectant spray and wipes.
