Working to Keep Staff and Guests Safe and Healthy

As a tourism business, it is the mission is to provide safe and enjoyable experiences to our guests while maintaining healthy and positive relationships with our neighbors and the New Hampshire Seacoast. We recognize our responsibility to our customers, employees, and the surrounding community, and in light of the Covid-19 pandemic have adjusted our tours and rental operations to offer the safest procedures for everyone. Cycling has been classified as a low-risk activity due to the fact that we are outside, distanced, and moving between our tour stops. If you would like to a mask, please feel free to do so. New Hampshire has removed the mask mandate as well as Portsmouthas of June 10th.

We are now asking all tour and rental participants to sign a waiver prior to arrival. If you have not completed the waiver prior to your tour or rental date, we will provide you with a code to scan on-site, so that you may sign and submit your waiver on your own device. This reduces any sharing of pens or devices at the time of check-in.

How We Are Preparing For Your 2022 Bike Tour with Us

Preparing for a bike tour during the 2022 COVID-19 crisis is very different from the way we have conducted business in the past. Please review the changes we have made to our protocol so you can determine if a bike tour is right for you and your family.

  • Helmets are disinfected before and after gest use. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own..

  • Bottled water is available to guests. However, we encourage guests to bring their own water bottles in an effort to minimize the spread of germs. Loose items can be carried in the guide’s bike bag.

  • We've added hand sanitizer for your personal use.

  • Our tour cannot completely avoid areas where the public may gather, but we have altered the route and normal stops to avoid areas of any congestion.

Sanitization of Equipment:

All equipment, including bicycles and helmets, is sanitized before and after our tours by our team using disinfectant spray and wipes.
